Kibion AB is a growing dynamic company and world-leading supplier of breath tests to diagnose the stomach ulcer bacterium Helicobacter pylori (Hp).
The company was founded in 2005 as a subsidiary to the Swedish pharmaceutical company Orexo AB, enabling a focus on new inventions for the diagnosis of the Helicobacter pylori bacterium.
Kibion operations are based in the University City of Uppsala in Sweden.
Kibion, whose name originates from the Old Nordic “Kibi” meaning smart and alert, is aiming at always offering the most innovative solutions and are at current supplying its superior high quality products to selected distributors in more than 50 countries around the world. The company is also continuously evaluating new business opportunities within its field of operations.
